Thank you very much for joining to this competition. First of all, I would like to thank everyone first.
Let me tell you my sincere apology. The competition period was from August 2016 to February 2017, but it took me three years to complete the examination due to my own lack of power and difficulty in scheduling. We deeply apologize to all of you who have been worried and felt uncomfortable. I'm really sorry.
My thanks to Mr. Taromo, who was the founder of the stage version of this game, “Tragedy Looper Be Playing Stage Game”. He cooperated the screening and publication of “Screenplay Collection II”. I summarized the progress of the script review, assigned almost half of the review process to external auditors and commissioned it. We would like to thank all of them who cooperated in the review, especially Mr. Taroimo. Thank you very much.
In light of this failure, I realize the limitations. We will try to switch to activities in a more desirable form thereafter after some projects planed already.
In this competition, a total of 176 entries were received. Of these, 66 were from overseas and 110 were from Japan.
As a result of the judging, 49 of them were selected and one was awarded the grand prize. The winners' names and scenario names will be announced below. Selected scenarios will be recorded in "Tragedy Looper 2nd Script collection". This will be distributed in advance at the venue of the stage version "Tragedy Looper Be Playing Stage Game" released on February 22, 2020 and at the game market 2020 Osaka 2020/03/08.
(Updated 2020/03/18) Due to the cancellation of Game Market 2020 Osaka, the sales plan has been revised at the same time as Game Market 2020 Spring because of difficulty in order and scheduling.
